  1. Refund Requests
    1. 1.1. Account Deletion Form: If you wish to delete your account permanently, please request to info@degogym.ae.
    2. 1.2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the following conditions: - Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of enrollment. - Personal Training Sessions: Refunds for personal training sessions are available within 48 hours of booking. - Unused Services: If you cancel a service before its completion, we will prorate the refund based on the remaining sessions.
    3. 1.3. Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer support team at refunds@degogym.ae. We will process your request within a reasonable time frame.
  2. No Refund for Digital Products
    1. 2.1. Digital Downloads: We do not offer refunds for digital products such as workout plans, e-books, or online courses.
    2. 2.2. Virtual Classes: Refunds are not available for virtual classes or live-streamed sessions.
  3. Exceptions
    1. 3.1. Medical Reasons: If you are unable to continue due to medical reasons, please provide a doctor’s note, and we will consider a refund.
    2. 3.2. Relocation: If you relocate outside our service area, we will review your case for a partial refund.
  4. Processing Time
    1. 4.1. Timelines: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
    2. 4.2. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
